Striking Poses @ Glenn

Ok, if you know me, i’m a bit slack sometimes, and I finished this build aaaages ago, a whole build ago, and i kept meaning to update my blog with this build but didn’t … because well, i’m a bit slack with the blog, I have lots of other things to do, like build build build build build… oh and I had my RL wedding and Honeymoon and more building to be done >.<

Zelly Mornington, the goddess of striking poses also owns Striking Poses, she approached me on advice from a friend asking for a shop to be build that wouldn’t cost her a gazillion dollars (because i’m cheap – and others aren’t)  So we discussed what she wanted, to which I had no real idea being from the land down under, we haven’t the same culture or history, so with some research and just a bit of determination we ended up with this.  What a ramble woo!

Its an attempt to get the feel of the 1950’s glamour, perhap an old hotel with the grand ballroom or a gallery for viewing art and any exhibition at the time.  It feels like we have achieved this in spades!
